Do I have to leave Uber Eats or Just Eat?

No. Keep them. ClickOrder is your own shop next to them. Over time, more of your repeat customers order from you direct. We take no commission on those orders.

I don't have a website. Is that a problem?

No. We give you a shop link. Put it on Instagram, Facebook, Google and a QR code in your shop. If you have a website, we add an "Order online" button to it.

When do I get my money?

Customers pay by card. The money goes into your own Stripe account and Stripe pays it to your bank. ClickOrder never holds your money. Stripe charges a small card fee on each payment.

What do I need in the kitchen?

A tablet or phone with internet. Orders pop up with a loud sound. You accept them and set the time.

Do you do delivery?

Collection works from day one. If you have your own drivers, you can turn on delivery and set your own fees by distance.

Can I change my menu myself?

Yes. Change prices, photos, extras and opening hours, or mark something sold out. It updates straight away.
